This system fuses a high-resolution CCD camera with a UV or fiber laser and EZCAD motion control. The vision module detects part position, angle and quantity in under 0.2 s, then corrects the scan path in real time—so you can mark multiple, randomly oriented parts without fixturing. Throughput reaches 4 000 – 10 000 pcs h⁻¹, making it a perfect fit for plastic components, ICs, screws, resistors and other micro-parts.
