Designed for materials that deform or yellow under heat, this UV laser marker delivers sub-surface “cold” ablation. The 355 nm beam cleaves molecular bonds instead of melting the surface, so medical plastics, glass vials, FPC circuits and anodised metals emerge clean, burr-free and crack-free. A sealed water-cooled optical path plus optional fume extraction keeps the work zone contamination-free, making the machine production-ready for Class II medical and electronics environments.
